Agree with Howe but you can add Warnock as well, playing wise Clint Hill when he got sent out on loan plus half the squad that got us promoted in 2011 but weren’t given the chance to prove themselves in the prem. |  |

Wasnt Martin Rowlands hard done by a bit at the end of his QPR career. I know he done his cruciate in playing for Ireland but he never broke back into the team and seem to fall out of favour with Warnock. He missed out on the promotion season. [Post edited 27 Jan 2018 9:05]

I think you can blame Martin Rowlands for skinning him alive when he was a Brentford player.
I'd go for Simon Osborn too. He was a fantastic player at Reading but didn't get a chance with us.
