One problem with taking the opportunity to clear the squad out now is I just wonder what position that leaves us in as far as taking maximum advantage of any last minute deadline desperation. £15m bid for Eze while Bowen moves for £22m (or £14m + £8m add-ons I'm reading) is the ideal place to start negotiating.
