We’re the lucky ones as we get to see the lights in November. And at least it’s on a Saturday.

First game on 11:26 - Jun 24 by Myke | While winning the opening fixture is nice, we have recently beaten teams who had good seasons the year before (Nottingham Forest/Reading) and it didn't result in us flying out of the blocks on either occasion. I suggest we neither get carried away with a good start (see Reading last season) of go into the depths of despair with a poor one. It will take 10 games for the season to settle into any sort of pattern, let's see where we are at that stage. |
Nooooo Myke, Millwall is a MUST WIN.

Oh come on, who realistically can control their knee jerk for 10 whole games??

First game on 12:11 - Jun 24 by stowmarketrange | Does anyone have any news on whether away fans will be allowed yet?Even with freedom day supposed to be July 19th,will they really want 1,000’s of people traveling around the country for football matches. I’m very tempted to book train tickets for Hull and Boro away in August, but if we aren’t allowed to go,I don’t want to be wasting £100+ on train tickets that I have no use for. |
can't see why not. they're allowing 140,000 into silverstone in july.

Agree - as long as its 100% full with us, but he implied that might not be the case.

Why are you saying this?? Of course we want 3 points on the table in our first game of the season and we want a flying start, we want good points on the table for the first two months so we can build on it, gain confidence within the team/squad, make opponents wary of us, get the stadium full, take bundles to away matches, get us some write-ups in the media and much much more. Do you want moans and groans, negative vibs all over the place, surely not. Get winning games and who knows what we could become next season!!! [Post edited 24 Jun 2021 17:54]

Are we going to win every game 5 0 or mix up a few nicked 1 0 with double figures to balance them
