They actually don't own any shares, they only had an agreement to purchase which they have themselves pulled out of, they can't transfer what they have never owned....That's my take on the situation, the shares should now remain with the original owners.... |  |

Must add my massive thanks to particularly, the Trust and RAFC Blue, but everyone else who have kept,tenaciously, digging the dirt on these so-and- sos.
I was lucky enough to witness the AGM/EGM where DB was ousted. I thought that was the end of it. Little did we realise…..
Still got to be careful - who know’s what dirty tricks they might have - but this is a massive step towards securing the club for the future.
I hope this gets huge publicity. It might put future chancers off: and not only from our club.

Well done everyone - a big step forward in securing the future of the club.
This is my understanding also - until the transfer of share ownership has been approved by the Board and the statutory books updated to reflect any change in ownership (and we have been told this didn't happen), no shares have changed hands. They will have entered into conditional contracts to purchase shares, and those conditions having not being met means the shares are retained by the original holders.
The next challenge will be trying to get those shares into safe hands, rather than them staying with those who clearly don't give a sh!t about our club. | | | |

One other thought......Jarvis and Bottomley turned out to be useless didn't they. A law firm now being investigated, buyers private lives exposed, shell company arrangements not investigated ahead of a deal being brokered, possible Inland Revenue reviews, FA investigations. They will need to lie low for a while, a few years abroad might help. Afghanistan sounds perfect - they won't be found there. | | | |

Sky Sports
The Athletic
TalkSport
Telegraph Sport
as well as various online publications. we've spent at least 45 mins to an hour with each, and sent over relevant info.
we're regrouping with at least 2 of the named ones on Monday, and have a couple of zoom interviews scheduled with online publications by the end of the week.
the appetite is there from the press to cover it, although we think the narrative changes now from 'stopping hostile takeover' to 'how hostile takeover was stopped and what we do now to safeguard those shares'.
we haven't shied away from naming names where we have proof of misconduct (and they wouldn't publish anything that could get them sued), and we also made sure to mention the support of the wider football community.
the social and press interest absolutely has grown exponentially since wednesday evening, so we are determined to harness it. |  |
