I often look at a board of the opposition we have coming up next and in general boy are they boring. We’ve so many interesting posters and opinions on this board and the match reporting from Northern is next level. Do we really need to single out a poster of the year? Well it appears we do so my people have been in touch with XTC’s people and there’s a potential Guinness-based deal in the offing where he cedes his votes to me rendering it a two-horse race. I remember the thread where yours and Kensalrisers profile picture came from. I was in tears going through that. Genuinely one of the funniest and enjoyable threads I've read. I still laugh at your profile picture .
Thanks for nominating me but for sheer humour and vast contributions to the site it's got to be a two horse race between Paddox and Brian. I'm on that bloody fence and I'm sticking to it.
Paddox has upped his game this year on LOL posts, and Brian has stayed with us loyally despite I imagine many better offers for his commentating skills. Other people should take note about loyalty and sincerity, ahem.

There are lots of good posters on here and this forum has been a great help to me since my company closed my local office and left me a bit cut off, permanently working from home.
Apart from all the insight on football, the top tips, advice, fascinating topics, music and TV recommendations, there is the cutting edge wit, which is worth the (non-existent) entrance fee on its own.
In addition to the posters mentioned above, I'd like to put in a word (you yourselves can decide which word that is ) for the following:
- Dave B: When it comes to the football side of things, I know I will agree with him 99% of the time - Hubble: Some great stuff on non-football matters (no criticism of what you post about football intended) - PunteR: Lively posts and excellent restaurant tips - Switchingcode: Level-headed and interesting insight from outside the world of the blue and the white - Brooklyn and Toboboly: Not that you are a double act but you both come up with some great quips. - As for others, I have forgotten to mention plenty of you.
