It all seems very sensible and progressive so far.
Julien Stephan coming across as laid back man with sense of humour and to me is a person i think players would enjoy playing for.
Ithink the fact they looked a lot at how exactly top five teams in league over last ten seasons have operated sounds good.
Stephan particularly appreciating a defensive coach of the quality of Steve Bould and he says the set up at QPR is very impressive. |  |
