When I was teaching Psychology A Level in North London, we used to have a 'Word of the Week': Derealisation (c/o R D Laing); Overdetermined; Triangulation etc. etc. The longer, the better. Keeping it real is all well and good, but no one ever achieved anything without a healthy dollop of pretension. |  |
