Speaking of Alfredo Tuck, what's happened to him/how has he done?
Only seen him in the Dev. Squad Cup Final and when we beat Toulouse in the Unofficial World Club Cup, and thought there was something there. |
Tuck was out with an injury for quite a while but he's back playing now and on loan at Farnborough in the National League South to the end of the season.

I've seen him play twice and I really liked what I saw.
Fingers crossed for the lad but probably a good few years off it yet.
Should he have a breakout summer of growth, strength and confidence I'm not averse to seeing him run the rounds through the EFL next season and various headlines such as "Tuck in!" or "Spurs Tuck'd up at Loftus Road" etc, etc |  |

I said to my Dad at that EDS FA cup final that if he can bulk up there will be a really good player there. I'm not sure the current regime can wait three years though. Nourry was pretty ruthless releasing the older youngsters.

Harry I think was here from a early age , captained teams scored goals but was always on the shiort side i belive thats why they got rid of him after the final [Post edited 19 Mar 9:32]

Agreed, he's a copywriter's dream. On the end of a thumping, as most Rangers players are at one rime or another, it'll read: 'Tuck in Hell', 'Tuck Rs luck'.

Dixon Bonner back at Rangers after not starting a league game for Wealdstone. Hopefully his contract is up at the end of this season. You play for your country as a youth and sign for Liverpool and then it comes to this. Football can be cruel. |

It’s a massive jump to men’s football though, weirdly even more difficult in some ways at the lower levels as they play a different style; but great experience. I saw Tuck at Hampton and Richmond and he looked a bit lost as the ball was wafting over his head most of the time. But I wonder if he was maybe carrying the injury a bit then because he disappeared after that cup match.
Harry Murphy isn’t getting game time at the moment. It’s hard to establish yourself even at that level. He is quite small so it may take time to adapt. Even Paul Smyth took a while to adjust and is much better and more physically imposing since he played in League One for a few seasons. |  | | |

I watched Gloucester City vs a Bracknell a couple of weeks ago and none of the players on their team stood out.
