Time for a formation tweak I think. Drop Hayden or Morgan into a midfield 3 and maybe Chair further forward playing off Kone in a 4-3-2-1. Burrell needs a rest and I’d like to see Dan Bennie get a run as a sub instead of Frey who is increasingly doing a very passable impersonation of a cart horse. | |

I think that’s a good call as I’d also like to see Bennie utilised.
He may not have a complete, all round game or even a fixed position but he offers more than Frey if we are going to play with two up front and I’m all for an extra midfielder in some of these away games, at least until half time or 60mins.
By all means go back to 442 to chase the game but no need to force it from the first whistle, especially if we need to rotate strikers like Burrell. We’d be stupid to injure the guy. |  |
