Excellent piece, Clive and certainly an improvement both on and off the pitch this week. Sadly, the cynic in me thinks we have seen it too many times before to feel any great optimism this time. Just when you are at breaking point, they reel you in again; an unexpected result, an exciting transfer, a ‘promise’ that things will improve - still waiting after half a century.

Thanks Clive - Great preview with some good points. If we want a successful player trading model then the best way is have a successful first team with a blend of youth and experience. Just wanting to play young players will not work especially as many of ours will fail to cut the mustard.
Anyway nice to head to HQ relatively safe and a old skool 3.00pm kick off with the early spring sunshine making a very welcome appearance.

Well im guessing CN made the decision to choose Hoops and Dreams for the interview, I'm also guessing he will have vetted the questions beforehand and have prepared answers, sadly what we will get is the usual word salad which will probably lead down various rabbit holes.
