If you like a good ‘old man yells at cloud’ sort of thing then Wealdstone have been badly disrespected by this nonsense. The semi-pros get £400 according to this so can see why they’d do it and I’m sure it’s a chance at some sort of social media stardom but you’re basically telling higher up clubs you aren’t really interested in having a proper professional career.

Tried it for 15 minutes and I’d probably watch the odd game if it was just football with ex-pros or decent young players but all the light shows and extra rules because just kicking the ball in the goal isn’t interesting enough isn’t for me.
