We knew it was going to be a tough match, but it’s clear we’ve improved. At times it looked like the team would give us even more—just when we were playing our best, their second goal went in, and right when we thought we could grab an equalizer, they scored their third. I reckon it was a great test of the standard we need to reach if we want to compete at the top end of the table, and above all, their wingers are far superior to ours. Those are the exact type of players we need; hopefully, the ones we have now can step up to that level. |  |

Is that maybe the issue. Matos doesn't really have enough players, who have the fitness, pace and physicality to play his high press game, the end result being he has to change half the team every game, cos they are knackered. | | | |

You have to remember the ball was given away by Tymon one of our best players trying to force things and getting caught, didn't see the first half but even in attack we have to have a level of caution in our play. The season has a long way to go a bit of composure is need both in attack and defence. Not a time for players to make rash decisions you can add the fans to that as well. I think most would agree that Lissah and Welsh are the pairing that is needed in the middle or maybe a back three. Lots to mull over, a loss away from home not surprising just disappointing.

Much of the game we are anything but fast , direct or high
We see players walking starting with Vigaroux
The ball goes sideways too often
It’s fundamentally whete we go wrong
We do t convert chances as we are reluctant to shoot
O was going to mention our no 4 but I’ ll save the site the aggro but he is as he always has her

Stamenic has now caught up with him so we see two central midfielders strolling around knocking balls no more than a couple of yards

Its a squad game, the players apart from the centre halves and keeper have to have equal game time to keep up the pace that matos wants us to play, thats why, especially with 3 games in 7 days, the starting 11 has to change.
And I suspect for the first time in quite some time we have a decent enough squad to do this, previously we have had a similar starting 11 and possibly 2 or 3 who could keep up the temporary but now we have a full bench plus a couple more to pick from.
But I guess some people wont be happy with that, you can please some of the people some of the time but you cant please all the people all of the time. | | | |

Our defence was not balanced, the two in the middle were to far apart and the full backs to narrow. In my opinion they could easily have scored 5. Our crossing was abysmal and we didn't control the midfield although we did have flashes there. Strange really that we were in the game until they scored the third. |  | | |

We didn’t look the top side
We faffed again
It seems endemic
We still fail to do the basics maybe we were in a false position and our hopes were raised and like most fans got carried away
We don’t need happy clapping now
We’ve got issues starting with Vipotnik , who’s a pale shadow of what he was
Lissah is a talent but was sacrificed to bring Cabsngo back
Tymon is still terrible at defending
As is obvious
We’ve got a huge squad yet several seem much better than what we had otherwise Stam and Fulton wouldn’t be playing together
As for our crossing ? o mean really
