I would go:

Hayes
Brown
4-2-3-1 with Smith playing the 10 role behind Brown. If Hayes isn't fit then I would try Middleton there. Maguire being fit again is a welcome boost but I would be wary of rushing him back in and I think Moss and Flint can strike up a decent partnership with Tasker and Taylor either side. I also think Mani D needs to be dropped and the only viable forward we have in that position (save a cameo from Hendo) is Brown at the moment

Agree about the Moss / Flint CB combo - the start of a solid base for whatever we can put together further forward
If Maguire can stay fit, he'd be a steady replacement off the bench, with potential for joining in with a back three, which would be a great tactic to exploit in-game to put the opposition out of their stride |  |

Gilmour over Francis as he is more combative which will need. Taylor as the ten. He can also drop in when needed to give a bit more stability in midfield. Hannant with his work rate on one side and whoever is the fitter of Smith and Middleton to play the other side. I would have Hayes and whoever does not start between Smith and Middleton on the bench but use them after 60 minutes to bring a fresh impact. Look to attack Scott-Morris if he is playing as a right back in a back four.
