I was not upset about all the games being called off but I switched on the Golf Channel at 6am and they are playing outside London so that was strange .

It did make up for the one Rashford got against PSG (I think a bit hazy today) when the defender turned his back and it hit his hand when he was facing his own net .

Now Watching my adopted NRL Team Canberra Raiders v the Melbourne Storm.
The Game took place 8.40 am UK time but i recorded it with a view to watching at 3pm today , thus cushioning the absence of our Match this afternoon.
Managed to avoid the result, so watching as per live .The green machine going well against the Storm so far. Knocking back some Victoria Malaga dark amber lager while i watch the game . I can hear some distant, yet soft, mild cursing from my wife watching 'Married at first sight' in the Lounge. Good luck with that my love.
Also Writing a few beer reviews on the 'untappd' website in the style of Gangland Boss Teddy Bess from the Film 'Sexy Beast' . It Passes the time till me Lamb Rogan Josh, Channa and Bombay aloo Later.

So hacked off not to be at Loftus Rd today…especially with all the rugby fixtures on, the test match in full swing and the PGA golf. It makes no sense.

I tried so hard today to fill the massive footie vacuum in my life. Went to a local rugby match. I like a bit of rugby, particularly the six nations, but that didn't work at all. I left at half time to go to the pub for a pint and to watch the cricket. That was marginally better but I'm now back home feeling angry one of my favourite things to do was taken away from me today. |  | | |

The cancellation is nothing to do with the Royal Family or the Government. The reason is those in control of football the only sporting body that cannot organise a p*ss up in a brewery. [Post edited 10 Sep 2022 18:03]
