Do you ever post anything other than click bait style posts?
There’s a thread already about England, in which the Manger has been called into question, which YOU started.

8 weeks out with zero time to bed in a new bloke, we are going in with GS.

That said, what is the thinking about the quality of his coaches? Are they known/good choices or, has he surrounded himself with Phil Neals?

I think the FA would be better off sitting down with him and discussing whether there's any merit in shaking up his backroom staff?

Agree totally there is not a lot to be gained getting shot of him now with one game left tomorrow and the next time they play is in the WC itself....
That being said I think this will be his last tournament and soon after he will either step down if we have done well, or be pushed if we haven't
Whether you like GS style or not he as been relatively successful in the last 2 tournaments but the last 5 or 6 games have been shocking. I hope he can turn it around and we do well, I never wish bad on England but feel he as run his course

It's time to break the mould and make a brave decision. I am proposing to the board and anybody who'll listen that we give Mister Ed the talking horse another go, this will of course mean that we'll have to employ Wilbur Post due to the fact that Mister Ed the talking horse only talks to the ridiculously named Wilbur Post.
Wilbur can then explain to the England players Mr Ed the talking horse's tactics and diamond formations then all the England players will be happy and have a cup of tea and a slice of victoria sponge and then win the world cup.

Maybe bring in Muffin the Mule as a defensive coach? could work you know.

My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.

Of course too late to change anything now before the WC. Southgate is a great guy and culturally has doen a superb job. However he was never a particularly successful manager and doesn't IMHO have the tactical nous required at the top level.

Southgate along with a top tactical coach might just work, but no idea who that might be.

The other question of course is who would even be available? The best managers/coaches are on big money contracts with good clubs and get to work with their players all the time, vs a few weeks here and there and the intense media and keyboard warrior scrutiny.

I think he's done a great job, only England manager to get to a final and a semi final in back to back tournaments but he's been the job a whuile and people are bored so want a change.

If we go English again I've no idea who you go for, Potter the only reasonable option maybe Eddie Howe but not an obvious step up. If we go foreign would need to be someone better than the last few foreign coaches we had
