Just watched it. My goodness, I feel proud of my club and people like Manish and Chris Ramsey who are helping to make QPR one of the most diverse and inclusive clubs in the country.

Really sad to see her almost break down talking about her brother. Makes me mad that Brentford get all the credit about being diverse etc but no media talk much about us. I think over 50 percent of coaching and technical staff are BAME sky hope your watching

Poll: Now it’s slightly clearer cut who do you want as manager ?

I enjoyed that. What a great club we have.

Anyone know who the giant is near the beginning who make Manish look about 10 years old?

Jesus, when it fades out as she (finally) runs out of eloquence re her love for her brother...

Extraordinarily admirable. On so many levels.

"The opposite of love, after all, is not hate, but indifference."

Thanks for highlighting it, just watched it and you were right, well worth the watch. It's great to have people like this at the club.

The link for anyone else interested. As above, a brilliant video and thanks for bringing it to my attention, connell.

The representation at QPR is brilliant and it's incredible how well we've learned our lessons on and off the pitch. To think we had Phil Beard and charlatans like Redchapp in positions of prominence once - now there's Ramsey, Andy Belk, Sinton, Andy Evans, Paul Hall and a host of others that we can be proud to represent us. I've said it a few times in different contexts but Ramsey might be the single best signing this club has made in modern times. An incredible asset that has fingerprints on almost everything good we've seen from QPR in the last few years and setting us up for sustained good practice and self-suffiency long after he's gone, which hopefully isn't any time soon. Bravo that man

Les too, as he was instrumental in Ramsey being offered a position within the club when he was removed from managerial duties. There is so much about this club to be proud of these last few seasons since the overhaul. When we went down last time I had someone really laying into me because I thought the club needed a proper reset and it could be 6-10 years before we reaped the benefits of being properly run. We haven't done it quite yet but it feels like it is in our grasp and we are doing it with attractive, if slightly frail, football and a quality mix of young talent and older, wiser heads.

The grass is always greener.

Manish is a true gem at this club. Her and Chris Ramsey embody everything that makes this club special.

Never knowingly right.

Superb video.

The irony of us being such a diverse club while the bus stoppers get regional and national press for far less!

Its a must watch video.
You can only be proud of our club when this is highlighted.
This what we are about as a club and I admire her for opening up about her families struggles.

Smells like a trout farm in here
