I did post that I wonder if this was a ploy to get some concessions from the board I.e. no sales in January, a couple of signings as well if we are in contention. Let's be realistic, if that had been Man Utd rather than Wolves we would be looking for a new manager.
But, it wasn't, concessions probably made, and barring injuries promotion is in our hands, even this early in the season.
I think Wigan are going to get a hiding. 3 or 4 nil. | | | |

Good article as usual I also thought this may well have been engineered by Beales agent, raises his profile, gets him into negotiations with the owners with the potential of improved contract terms whilst all the time he can say hand on heart he has not been in direct contact with Wolves, pretty smart work, he's a clever man, ecstatic he's staying he's a breath of fresh air in all aspects, a big improvement on last seasons ball retention sideways football. | | | |
