Adore Weyes Blood, he LP last year was stunning. Gutted I missed her Roundhouse show last week, but I saw Mogwai at the Garage the night before and they ruined my ears!

@Metallica_Hoop 'One of the masters of film/tv soundtracks. On a level with John Barry and Ron Goodwin.'

Chi Mai was the theme for 'Le Professionnel' with Jean-Paul Belmondo, which was a big hit in France in the early 80s. It was played at Belmondo's funeral in 2021.

One of the loudest bands I've seen, Mogwai. Saw them at the ICA (or possibly Oxford brookes University, both were within months of each other and a while back) and they put their guitars against the amps to make feedback as loud as humanly possible to test how long people could handle it. This went on for around 10 mins before we left. Probably did an encore to 2 people.

Seen them in Dublin years ago and it was a similar story. Lots of guitars, but very few chords.
Explore the neck!
