Been saying it for a while. I think you’ll need 52/53 to stay up this year. Wycombe apart, everyone up to 7th is a much of a muchness and can beat each other on any given day. That leads to a bunched league, which means higher points tally to survive and lower to break the play offs.
On top of that, the second half of the season always sees the bottom 6-8 pick up more PPG than they were and the teams in mid table because they have something to play for. |  | | |

Losing to Derby wasn't clever but we are on a bad run of form at home. I would feel better about our situation if we could start scoring and winning at home. As good as we were at Watford we now face our jinx team next at home. I always feel uneasy about this fixture, where we make hard work of it, the home meeting last season excepted. |  | | |
