For all the likelihood that he won’t make it given recent seasons and loan spells, he does have pace, which we lack. And he didn’t look out of place all those years back under JFH in the Championship. Intrigued to see if he’s going to play an active role in the season. |  | | |

Replace Kakay, Dozzell and Shodipo with a new right-back, Amos and Willock/Roberts and we have a very good first XI that's an improvement on last year if you ask me. Kakay, Dozzell and Shodipo will still have a role to play and I think all 3 will improve under Beale. |  | | |

I think he can definitely contribute to the squad, Hunter.
He's clearly trying very hard, and probably a bit nervous as his decision-making and execution is still down a tad. But he has the raw talent to scare people off the bench at the very least.
A decent half from him, a threat going forward, crossed often, tracked back effectively, positioing decent, but missed a good goal chance. | |

Wealdstone haven't made a game of it so far but there have been some good performances nonetheless. Dykes, Field, Johansen and Dozzell have looked good for me. Shodipo has been, well how Shodipo always is, not very good, and I'd be surprised if he makes the first team squad. |  | | |
