Think his team has, if not him.

Having said that Arsenal are flying at the moment.

They badly miss Mane and going to have to play a different way, they'll be back to their best by the second half of the season when the new players bed in

This is it, they sold Mane, have replaced him with Darwin, not bought a central midfielder and he just can't get the shape and pressure the same without him

His Team peaked in 2019/20 and its been a slow decline since. Van Diik not as good since his long injury layoff which mean the defence around him suffer. As mentioned Mane is also a huge miss this season.

They should have refreshed the squad. Trouble is the owners see it as way to make money which is no bad thing rather than and indulgent money washing project. Chelsea and Man Utd have spent A half a billion between them to fight for fourth place!!
Something had to give!

What's happened to Mo Salah this season? He's only scored twice in the Premier. He is over 30 now, but he's not old yet!

No Mané to support.

Big loss is Mané, big loss.

Yeah turns out he really was the Mane man.

I blame it on having his eyesight fixed and not wearing the glasses. It is like Samson has had his hair cut. You can talk about the loss of Mane, lack of pace in midfield, defence being off the pace, Salah not firing as he has... but above all of that is his lack of glasses. Put them back on and he could still catch the rest.

Never knowingly right.

I also can't help wondering if his signing his bumper contract in the summer has taken the edge off his hunger a la Charlie Austin (though the comparison ends there).

More like Liverpool tonight. Only trouble was it rekindled the second half horror show at West Brom for us where 1-1 at half time became 7-1.

If Klopp has gone stale, what does it say about Scottish domestic football.

"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the Earth all one's lifetime." 1985 was the last time anyone, Aberdeen, other than Rangers or Celtic won the title.

Rangers - 55 titles
Celtic - 52 titles
Aberdeen, Hearts, Hibs - 4 titles each.

Apart from a few glory moments their European endeavours are fairly tame.

Domestically La Liga is not much better, Ligue 1 is quite evenly spread amongst at least 10 clubs, Serie A dominated by three clubs, Dutch by two clubs, Portugal three clubs, Bundesliga is worse than Scotland with one club dominating and in England three clubs have mopped up the most titles.

Apart from France it looks like most of the key domestic nations are pretty much a closed shop.

Same as you go further in…… Greece is pretty much one club with one other getting reasonable look in, Poland three clubs fairly even, Belgium four clubs with one runaway leaders, Sweden two clubs with a smattering from four others, Norway one club.

Correction. Rangers (liquidated) 54, new tribute club (est.2012) 1.

The money gap between the SPL and the big leagues is now huge, so they are unlikely to make much of an impact anytime soon. I think these days they just want to get into the CL group stages for the cash involved, not with any expectation of progressing much.

That said, the Rangers result today is hilarious.
