Well done to Beth Mead on winning the sports personality of the year award tonight.The women’s team won team of the year and the manager won coach of the year too.
It was one of the best days of mine and my daughter’s lives to see them lift the trophy in July,and one we’ll never forget.

Tell me Sheffield.Did you ever play sport yourself as a kid or as an adult?Or did you decide not to participate because you knew you could never be as as good as Messi or Ronaldo,and anything else would not be enjoyable for you or anyone watching?

Clive I think it’s time to lock this thread because we’ll just keep going round in circles,and nobody is ever going to change any opinions.So just close it down until a man wins next years spoty award as no woman is worthy enough to possible inspire just over 50% of the population to ever vote for them again.
