Without overreacting, its pretty budget that they cant organise a simple one camera stream. Every pre season there is always something.
Standards throughout the club need to improve. A bit like when they had the end of season interview with GA and nobody bothered to clean the scummy window behind him.
Would quite like the new Director of Football to be a Dave Brailsford/Clive Woodward type who gets every element of the club operating at a better standard. Everything from the ticket website to the playing squad is just sub par. |

Well In the Dave Brailsford example at Sky Cycling, he changed the mattresses of everyone who was part of the team, he altered the way people washed their hands to keep good hygiene, he altered the nutrition programming to get optimal performance. Things that are seemingly small but show a level of professionalism.
It was more of an illustrative point to suggest that I think we can do better across the board and I hope we get someone who takes a broad view at the way the club is run in tandem with Lee Hoos. I think a lot of us agree that things can be improved.
There is a really good interview with the Brighton leadership on YouTube too talking about how they embrace this culture and it’s paying dividends for them. |  |

Victoria Pendleton was seeing one of the data analyst and sports performance chiefs and basically got ridiculed and ostracised despite being a gold medal winner and world champion.
If we choose that way to improve I would be against that
Ie the team members would be nothing less than automated machines.
Would not want that way of leading at QPR !!!!

We are a club with only single vison, we do one thing at a time, very slowly.
