Agree but.....how do we fix our culture of failure. We are a club with only single vison, we do one thing at a time, very slowly. We're going to get flushed if we don't change.

The club managed to get a report up fairly quickly on the website, but the heading shows a 0-0 scoreline... Little things, little things, but...

The following phrase caught my eye though: "Despite the chances created and the domination of the early exchanges, the R’s found themselves behind with Stery scoring with their first attack".

The story of the collapse last season in a nutshell, especially at home. We huff and puff for early on, then BANG the opposition attack and we're one down.

The defence conceded 70 goals last season and we have no-one new in the first choice back line and have lost key minutes.

...and I am meant to have hope and optimism?

At least we scored a couple of goals, thought we'd forgotten how to...
