2. The owners are staying put
3. Aiming for the premier league

What not to like?

If true, so many questions we've batted around for years would arise out of this, not least whether a state-of-the-art stadium could ever be built at LR.

That the story is in that rag doesn't make me feel very comfortable.

Sounds good

Heard this previously when

Briatore took control

Fernandes took charge

When Hoos begun as CFO...

Problems with new stadium placed firmly on Hammersmith and Fulham councils reticence to have the ground in the Borough.

Apparently valuation based on 65 million (Value of Stadium) 20 million (Valuation of Training Ground) 35 million (Valuation of Players)

Hence 120 million

Are we £400 million in debt....... NO

Don't believe some of the stuff you read, the owners, mainly Ruben have absorbed the debt by converting it into shares....

Hasn't a lot of our debt been consistently kindly swallowed up by our previous and present incumbent owners !!!

Where was the £400 million debt reported

That's bit more than my personal creditors are asking me for !!!!!!!!

Not even clicking it. New stadium? We'd f*ck that up and end up in some money pit haemorrhaging cash like some sort of fountain of piss. Get back in the Prem? LOL. I don't really fancy 38 ass-f*ckings, thanks.

It doesn't matter how much money any investors can raise, they will still be left with all the same issues.
The ground is barely fit for purpose, on a cramped site surrounded by residential properties. Unless they buy up a large slice of the surrounding properties then how do they get a state of the art ground?

For context, the owners have had American consultants on retainer for years now to try and find some suckers, I mean investors, to come onboard. To date they’ve only reeled in Reilly who is more
Koi carp than whale.

The second anyone bites on the hook, there will be a smouldering Ruben sized hole in the stadium front doors.

No mention of the new stadium having a flat roof which is quite disconcerting.

No, way it will be Loftus Road even if we bought up all the surrounding land, which will be impossible anyway.

A new site will have to be found and people who own it willing to sell. Big IF's.
