It's always a bit flaky when it comes down to having the right number of loyalty points. I just ring the box office and they sort within 0.5 seconds of answering - if you have the points required at that time slot. They are great.

Nope, none are ticked! We haven't done a dodgy but it could easily look like it if I am accidently using a 13 year olds ticket.
