This is a typical performance this season. Moving the ball around slowly . Edozie , matzuki and dobbin have showed nothing and Abbot looks like a centre back playing at right back. Get the big guns on and we can win this

Yeah, I'd get him on for Adams before he gets sent off. He's put a couple of good balls into the box but that booking means he's got to tread carefully.

Get Larin and Scienza on now for the last 30 minutes. We need to put this game to bed now having taken the lead - not wait until they level things up.

We won so that’s all that matters But they were poor and we should have killed them off We seem to go 1 up and retreat As Poor as Dobbin was his goal line clearance saved the day

| Norwich City Game Matchday Thread on 23:14 - Oct 14 with 1010 views | Bridders2 | Another nervy game, but we defended well to get over the line. Dobbin looked better, especially in a 442 playing with Larin, we need him to score though. Bree, Wellington and Jander really helped the team. Let's win on Sat and put WH to the sword. COYS | |

Dobbin played much better in attack in second half, and also crucial clearance off the line late in game

I’m not sure Dobin will match Stewart’s goal from last season. I don’t think he carried any threat. Jander is absolute class. A modern day Steve Williams

Agreed Caspar Jander is a class act. To come back after such a long time off & perform like that was exceptional. He looked like he'd never been away, I'm not surprised that he was suffering cramp late in the game.( hope it was just cramp). But after his exertions last night I'd be surprised if he was able to play on Saturday. Cam Bragg will be available but just hope that Flynn Downes injury is not serious.

Is that the same Edozie who took the p*ss out of Stacey, to help set up our goal ?

I like Edozie,he’s not afraid to try and beat a player which these days is too often a rarity.
| Norwich City Game Matchday Thread on 12:04 - Oct 15 with 388 views | dirk_doone | Credit to Tonda again. He manages the squad through the season brilliantly. He calculates what is required to win a game and still be ready to win the next one. He rests key players when he can. With a less astute manager, we might thrash a few of the weaker teams, then have injuries to our best players and run out of steam before the end of the season. Leo Scienza really needs breaks to recover from all the kicking he takes. Like most of you, I was sceptical about Edozie's selection, but he created our only goal with a brilliant run. One thing I've learned about Tonda's team selection, is that he has a long-term plan for the whole season, and he knows a lot better than we do how to win as many games as possible. It means that sometimes our less able players get selected for games that we win by a narrower margin than we might otherwise have done. No Saints manager has a better win record than he does after so many games. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ [Post edited 15 Oct 12:32]
