To be fair, their pass completion was better than ours, but I think that 50% of those was Jaaskelainen hoofing it down the pitch so Cole and/or Carroll could "collect" the "pass" by taking a running jump into one of our players, barging them out the way and then winning the ball. | | | |

We don't do the ugly things well. It's not all about pretty football, it's about hard graft, discipline and knowing how far to push it. West Ham had 8 yellows yet we got the red card. I noticed that when a West Ham player got a yellow that player eased off a bit but someone else picked up the mantle. That's down to being well drilled and having a captain in Nolan who was barking out orders throughout the game.

Why is it that every QPR fan that rings talksport, that I've heard in the last few days, is saying sack Hughes and he doesn't know what he is doing? I know these radio shows shouldn't be taken too seriously but surely that's not the general feeling among the supporters? Is it?

I don't think it's quite fair to characterise what's been said on here as hysteria, most people who post seem to bend over backwards to say that MH needs to be given more time.
