It's a miracle 10:37 - Feb 10 with 3366 viewsE17hoop

Tyler Roberts, not fancying a long coach trip up north to Huddersfield, is likely to be available to play against Millwall tomorrow. This MUST be a miracle after his career ending muscle strain at Hull.

Sunderland Tuesday night could be interesting - who fancies Middlesbrough Saturday?

Depends if we win (I know right) against Millwall.

Appreciate its fashionable to bash Roberts, but he did play with a nagging injury which led to him missing the world cup

https://www.leeds-live.co.uk/sport/leeds-united/leeds-united-loanee-tyler-robert

like willock and amos on their recoveries from injuries, roberts was pushed too hard by a manager seeking to optimise his results in the short term....

Is he on loan? Think he is

Hope the new Leeds manager will want him back to have a good look at our welsh international that’s scored a few for us this season

Fingers crossed

Joel Lynch Mk II...

im semi erect at the prospect of him gracing the pitch for at least half an hour , a few arms thrown in the air when yet another of his misplaced passes go astray , his familiar head down when another of his oh so great tricks dosnt come off , to be finished by a slow limp to the side lines around the 30th mint with a half arsed attempt as a wave to his addoring fans

cant bloody wait !!!!

I feel quite humbled that Tyler is even considering gracing us with his presence.

Surely him being unfit for Huddersfield was a blessing, and fit for tomorrow a disaster for many on here?

I'm so feckin bored of the negativity. It's not been great, but injuries to key players would harm any threadbare squad. Let alone the upheaval of a manager, who produced sketchy form, changing our way of playing. What we saw under wart face was not a touch on what we watched for the 2nd half of 20/21 and the first half of 21/22. We still have these key players here (and hopefully available and returning to form), plus some who have improved the playing staff, so live the dream for once.

It's funny, when I'm in the pub pre match there's recent apprehension at what could unfold, but I never hear this cock in mouth negativity - makes me question how many on here actually drag their arse down there

You're quite right, the cock in mouth negativity usually comes after we've been bummed in the gob.

Its an easy thing say, impossible to disprove, so the "They don't care/want to play for us" argument is very popular to some.

I'm bored of negativity too but were you at Hull? I spent a lot of the game watching Roberts and after the goal went in he clearly couldn't be ársed. If the ball wasn't inch perfect TO him he moaned. If the ball was under/overplayed BY him it was the receiving players fault.

Tim was awful that day but at least he put the effort in. Roberts was awful and he didn't.

Irony doesn't come across well in the written form and the 'miracle' element was meant to reflect that. I'd LOVE Roberts to be flying tomorrow but, based on all the evidence we've seen, and the most recent being a turd of a performance at Hull I'd think it unlikely.

Up u til nov hasn’t missed a game then a broken leg put paid to that , so have missed 3 so far , and yes I’ve seen his half arsed efforts more than enough to know he can’t be arsed , seen enough over the years from players bought in who demonstrated the same traits , happy for him to prove me wrong and been wanting a long time for him to do it , and some accused Adel of being lazy I seem to remember , happy to watch lesser skilled players try and fail but he rarely tries that’s his issue , never seen a player as bad as him in the air , won’t tackle , and for chasing back when defending well that’s for another day , I’ll be there yet again tomorrow hoping something might click yet again
