Terrible for the people of Oakland, I am not sure Vegas can support a baseball team. NFL has 8 home games, you can do that as an Oakland resident and fill up the other seats with tourists/away fans on a jolly.
MLB has 81 home games, often at random times to allow teams to travel. I can't see this working as a long term thing. |  |

It's weird though cos the prices at Oakland are reasonable and yet to get a tourist fan in they can't be pushing those prices up much higher. I presume, like the Raiders, it is all about the boxes/commercial opportunities it represents. | |

That stadium is huge though - you can see the fcuker from the BART station! Ok the top tier is probably unviewable are but what's wrong with the lower 45,000?
