I watched him closely versus West Brom and he spent the 1st Half doing the job of three Midfielders, plus was trying to coach Duke McKenna as to where he needed to be positioning himself as they played triangles around us,
By mid-way through the 2nd Half of that game you could see his head had gone, similar to what we've seen with Chair in recent games,
Players who have that winning desire have lost the will under Ainsworth's tactics and I'm just hoping Colback will prove what a good Championship Midfielder he is with a new Manager and some joined-up tactics.
You never know, Tyler Richards who survived a full season in League 1 might even prove what we have seen in flashes, that he can be a decent 10 at this level. You don't survive in City's Academy as long as he did or have Brighton of all clubs sign you for decent money if you don't have something about you. |  | | |

Thanks Clive - Perfectly put I’m absolutely gutted for Gareth but we are in a really poor position with not much going for us and we do now need to twist whilst we may salvage something. I guess the ground sponsorship now allows us one final throw of the dice.
Be interesting if another manager can get a tune out of this rabble. It feels to me there are still some poor attitudes in the dressing room. Time will tell.

No idea where we go from here. Surely no manager in their right mind is going to take on a club in our state, particularly when there's a DOF to come in who might not want them. But then the insane delay in finding a DOF suggests that there aren't any obvious candidates for that role either. Who'd want it, given the circumstances of Les' departure and the wider running of the club?
I can see it now: Warnock comes back for the rest of the season, the team continues to be awful, we get relegated anyway while also obliterating another QPR legend's reputation. | | | |
