Well we need a physical presence in midfield, we need somebody who can get from one box to the other and back again, we need somebody who can play central midfield and both defend and attack - not just one or the other which is what we have at the moment and why we have to always pick loads of central midfielders rather than two strikers. In theory, Pratley can do all that.
But (allowing for the Shaun Derry example, and accepting that he's been playing in a poor team) he's crap. So we need somebody like him, but better. | | | |

You also have to consider whether the fans can keep on calling Henry a caaaant for another year. Fatigue sets in eventually. Pratley will reinvigorate us as even the most jaded boo-boy ought to be able to call him a pratt. It's a League 1 level insult but we've got to recognise that's the market we're in these days. | | | |
