Dover Athletic on 19:52 - Mar 26 with 2456 views | Northernr | Basically a few of the bigger clubs - Torquay, Hartlepool, Notts County, Wrexham - might get promoted. So they're forcing it through, a season that should never have been started. Disgusting.

Dover Athletic on 20:59 - Mar 26 with 2293 views | ted_hendrix | In the middle of Worldwide Pandemic which so far killed 2.76 million people, lets fine a football club £40K and deduct them for failing to meet fixture obligations from 16-27 February. Nice, very thoughtful and remember we are all in this together. What a hideous bunch of of arse holes-absolutely vile people. (delete the word people)

Didn’t know that, enlightening. Given clubs at this level must rely almost exclusively on gate income, the FA should be asked why they even started the season. Fascinating too, that the FA believe a club should defy Company law in order to complete a set of football fixtures. Directors can have huge penalties and even imprisonment for knowingly trading insolvent. Their needs to be a higher authority specifically overseeing the FA now. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Spot on. Dover chairman on the National League board somehow managed to get his club more money than they should of had regarding average attendances, as did B/ Wood, and I believe Solihull who also had there chairmen on the board. As I understand it Dover had nearly twice as much money as they should of had. Dover chairman now resigned from board. The money allocated to NLN/NLS and divisions below were treated terrible.
