certainly adopted by the gay crowd as one of their big go-to tunes; but a brilliant piece of production at the time and still stands up now.
this is a recent track, Billy Porter is a very prominent member of the LGTB.... community and huge braodway star in US
The Shapeshifters are on the Glitterbox label and their nights are about as inclusive as you'll find; brilliant club nights, very accepting of all, even old kants like me
