Yes, that strike is going to have a big effect on the attendance. I won't be able to go, but that might not be a bad thing as I have missed all the recent wins against Swansea. 2010, 4-0, 2012 3-0, 2019 4-0 and also the 5-1 FA Cup win.

Can't confirm it, but they are two driver booking on points so would make sense operationally if enough drivers turn up.
As ever, can't be predicted. All depends on what drivers break the strike on the day and how many ASLEF drivers there are at key depots. [Post edited 19 Apr 22:16]

In your position I’d also consider the Lizzie line from Paddington. (Obviously you need to get to PAD from HQ)

As Baz says, Its hard to tell but I suspect there will be no tubes after 8pm. Our line is unlikely to run anything beyond that point. And also, to be clear, this is only ONE union so not all drivers. he other main union says its a superb deal - And its not about a pay rise either on this occasion. |  | | |

Shepherd’s Bush mainline to Stratford on whatever line it’s called now.It takes a bit longer than the central,but I’ll still be ok for the 23.30.Bus replacement from Ipswich is a bit of a pain though and adds another 20 minutes.I should be home about 1.30. | | | |

Yeah, or if going east, get the 94 bus to Lancaster Gate, then five min walk to Paddington. At least you're heading significantly in the right direction and all trains stop there. | | | |

Shame really.
With that in mind , be a bit patient with the kiosk staff later.
I know we can all tear our hair out at times , but lots of kids , and they are kids generally , trying their best to get into work later with not much of an idea of how they get home .
Some of them have learning difficulties and have different issues so it’s a bit stressful not really knowing if you are going to be stuck a long way from home . Very few are local but they are coming in to get the kiosks open so our ugly mugs can have a pint. There is a 9pm cut off which half time overrides so just food for thought [Post edited 21 Apr 16:54]
