| Swansalooser match thread on 20:30 - Feb 11 by CamberleyR | So why was Ayew not booked then? Woolmer really is a shitcúnt. |
I agree. He's done a couple of dodgy tackles and doesn't get booked, just gets a warning. Rangel does one and gets booked. It's infuriating because it does make a difference cos they have to be a lot more careful in tackling for the rest of the match.

Playing more centrally today ... or at least he seems to be getting in that position more on the tv

Shocking refereeing by that clown-totally inconsistent.

| Swansalooser match thread on 20:38 - Feb 11 with 1249 views | queensparker | Hard to avoid the impression we’ve lost a load of energy and motivation post transfer window. We look so lethargic, mind you so do they. Hugill is blowing out his arse already. The best thing about Wells apart from the 14 goals was his work rate and Jordan ain’t the same Pugh’s been completely anonymous when you compare how Chair performs every game Midfield two the slowest since Santos and Palmer *snaps Kit Kat* We’re going to win 3-0 | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Say what you want about hugill, but he’s working very hard I’m not sure how you can question his work rate.... hes closing down, battling for long balls, getting in the right places.... If anything his work rate is actually higher than wells....

Fair enough, maybe it’s fairer to say he’s a lot slower

Lots of encouraging signs first half but Hugill is a bigger problem than Pugh tonight for me. Bloke looks totally uninterested.

He’s way slower... but he also fights for balls in the air that wells didnt. And he tries to batter centrehalvestoo That was a bad half. Lots of fouls, lots of stoppages, some slapstick stuff But I’m not going to question the work rate Or mentality of the players...they’re trying except for maybe Pugh- I’m sure he’s trying but I genuinely don’t know what he does on the pitch
| Swansalooser match thread on 20:44 - Feb 11 with 1060 views | actonman | Love how the ref explained to ayew how he let him off for 3 fouls and he is on his last chance .....Rangel, nah fcuk off you have a card cos the little scouse cnt fell over ! | | | |
| Swansalooser match thread on 20:45 - Feb 11 with 1024 views | stainrods_elbow | Fascinating how we all watch different games. For Mr Stainrod and his reckless elbow, some lovely, easy on the eye football throughout, we're (shock, horror) defending well where Barbet has been composed and Rangel has really added some strength and stability as well as a bit of forward threat (one decent chance at the far post he was a bit unlucky with), and have a nice shape and cohesion about us. We've just lacked that cutting edge and bit of nous in the final 3rd between BOS, Eze and Hugill, as we all know already, and isn't surprising when Teflon Hoos, evil Les and the manager have colluded to leave us with one (mediocre) striker on our books. (I'd love to know MW's 'Plan B' if he gets injured now, though I guess experienced goal-machine Mr Oteh is waiting in the wings!) Oh, and agreed that the ref is a homer - ridiculous that Rangel gets a yellow for one foul, whereas Brewster, Ayew et al just get a talking-to and a bit of finger-wagging. We need to go on getting in his year, but if he's a cheat, he's a cheat. We can easily win this, and I think we should, as Swansea are 'there for the taking', so I'm going for 1-0 or 2-0 to the Swans, with a red card for Kelly for waving enthusiastically at a face in the crowd.
