Yes the off button is very useful. So many channels broadcasting all day schedules. So much time to fill. Even worse with journalists waffling now as there is nothing to report apart from the virus.
I tend to watch mainly documentaries and the odd old drama on PBS, Talking Pictures, Yesterday and BBC4. Even a lot of those are much longer than they should be. | | | |

Let's earn a few grand by selling the story. Set your daughter on fire by mistake? Let's sell the story and keep bringing it up every fking bonfire night. Also, His accent oscillates between a Grace brothers gentlemans outfitters salesman to Tony Iommi having done 40 peter stuyvesan and skulled a bottle of wild turkey .

Try switching to BBC London online and listening to Robert Elms instead. Music for grownups, interesting guests and features and music spots on different days like cover to cover and funky Friday. He's an R as well.
