I don't think that is the case.
If they are relegated BEFORE the 12 points are deducted it is carried over to League One
If the 12 points does not relegate them then that is the punishment served

It was poor but at our work rate was better than against Charlton and Barnsley. We just played poorly. Also, Wigan were good when they needed to be.
