Anyone else see 'The Dollies' in the 1960s? Thought not. They made it to the pop concert touring circuit, but no further. I wrote to them after a show and got signed photos. It was only lust.
My ex wife and mother of three confirmed QPR children......
Great song. Saw them supporting Madness at Hammersmith I recall. Follow up single was a cover of Paint It Black.....? I think I have the album in the loft. I’d get it down if only I had something to play it on !
Didn’t one of them get married to a member of Madness ? Apologies if that was your ex.....(unless of course you’re in Madness, in which case, can you get me on the guestlist....?)
"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

I married Ramona - lead singer. Jane the bass player was married to Woody the drummer of Madness. June the drummer married Simon from the band The Woodentops I also had Simon playing guitar for The House of Love for a while whilst I was their manager.
June went on to play in Funboy Three and then the Communards.. Her brother is/was Bobby the guitarist with Tenpole Tudor...
Listening to the Skin Show on Sunday night and she mentioned this girl duo supported them on tour. I'm liking it a lot - kind of a bit Prodigy and a bit Royal Blood
Jesus wept I saw them supporting Hawkwind at Reading about a 100 Years ago.
Sonja Kristina was OK but it was her vocal style I was alluding to. No Curved Air albums in this house LOL. I'll see your Curved Air supporting Hawkwind and raise it to Magic Michael supporting Hawkwind & The Pink Fairies at Wembley. He was so bad the crowd started booing him after the first number and the security dragged him off stage during his second number. Worst act I have ever seen where I paid to be there.
