In this match, the speed and power hitting of these two giants of the game is such that, genuinely, I checked that the playback speed was set to normal. It was!

This is heavy metal table tennis, brilliant yet utterly brutal

Tilly and Will are a lovely couple that met through QPR. They stand behind me in R Block. He is a regular at away games so I am sure a load on here will recognise or know them.

The quality in this final is outstanding but it's not often that the very last point is the best in the whole match

My greatest sporting moment ever…

Coming out of my local sports centre, I encountered two young lads, one of whom was carrying a QPR branded bag.

After all the issues we have had recently, it was heartening to see a youngster openly displaying his loyalty to our mad club.

He spoke eloquently and passionately about the Cov disaster - "We put out a backline which was far too slow for a pacy Coventry side" - and revealed that Poku was his favourite player .

Great stuff, a really uplifting moment

My father in law, who's Scottish, is a top bloke, kind, interesting and incredibly easy going.

Out of the blue, one of his mates invited him along for some hospitality at a Stirling Albion game. Now, my father in law has next to no interest in football and knows virtually nothing about it, but he's game for a laugh, so he agreed to go.

It wasn't glamorous - it's Scottish League Two, after all - but there was free drink and nosh and he was having a good time.

Imagine his surprise, though, when they asked him to pick the man of the match .

He was unsure who to choose - and probably well oiled haha - so he plumped for the Stirling player "who had done the most running about". Luckily, he overheard some nearby fans saying the player had had a good game. He was asked to be in an official photo with the bloke he picked too.
