| Film 2026; don't think we have such a thread yet 13:55 - Jan 20 with 49082 views | R_from_afar | Have we covered "I swear" yet? It's a powerful film about a Tourettes sufferer growing up in an era when the condition was yet to be recognised. "Joyride" is also excellent. Set in Ireland, it sees a quirk of fate throw a teenager from a troubled family together with a woman - played by Olivia Colman - who has just given birth to an unwanted child. Poignant yet full of humour. | |
| "Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1." |

Set in the DC Batman universe but it's a standalone film and in keeping with those gritty The Batman and Joker films so hopefully they're back on track after that ridiculous Joker Au Folies nonsense. A brisk 1hr45min too... I'm sick to the eyeballs of bloated 3hr films!

It's an abomination – like I said before, a Frankenstein mash up of his hits which is WAY worse than the sum of the parts. Still haven't got back to Digger yet and not sure I want to try. I also saw the Christophers is on Sky shortly which I loved. Clayface on the agenda this week and Wicker next week.
