What a dirty cûnt he is. Sent off again just now against Wednesday. United are two up and cruising and the follow through on the Wednesday player was nothing short of vindictive. Can’t remember who the Rangers player was that he tried to cripple whilst playing for Leeds, might have been Geoff Cameron, where he avoided a straight red. Won’t be playing against us next week now. Wednesday have now pulled a goal back. Would love them to turn it around.

Poll: Where will Clive put QPR in his new season preview

I'm no lover of Sheffield Wednesday, but after the season they've had, it would be funny to see them get something out of this game, and even funnier to see Chris Wilder spontaneously combust

Poll: Shamima Beghum

When was last time we had one QPR current keeper (albeit on loan) vs another former QPR keeper playing in a derby match outside of London?

Never knowingly understood

Don't know, but it's not today. Only one ex QPR keeper playing, Dieng.

Steady, Harrogate unbeaten in four (though Emmerson has missed the last two). They’ve beaten Cambridge (currently second) and drew yesterday with Bromley (top).

Really hope so because the last thing we need is him adding to our injury woes.
He's a talentless, vindictive piece of sheet, and will eventually really injure someone.

Nasty challenge and as well as the sufc coach had the temerity to protest his innocence. Ridiculous how players are now going around with the who me ref nonsense.

Question for Clive.

What determines in Sheffield what team you support. SW always brought more supporters to LR then SU for example. Why?

He’s a dreadful player, how on earth Southgate kept picking him then used his absence as his main excuse for a particularly woeful England performance.

Yes I think he “did” Cameron at Elland Rd and was red carded in the return. Shocking that such a talentless thug has England caps .

Wednesday fans were always good away. Back in the days of hit and miss turn outs, when even some clubs with large followings didn't show, Owl's support travelled. In Sheffield, the city is predominantly blue on the north side, red on the south, but there's big numbers of Wednesday in neighbouring towns, we bumped into three coach loads of 'em from Rotherham one day.

Poll: Thank God The Seaons Over.

such a waste as he was a very good player a few years back but has this in him, really stupid thing to do with the game already won

Well my experience is if you live in the city you tend to be Sheff Utd and if you’re from the outskirts and surrounding towns you’re Wednesday. The train from Scunny is always full if Wednesday fans if they’re at home in a way it’s not when Sheff U are at home. I had several Sheff Wed fans at school, never met a Blade until I moved there.

It did lead however to an all time partisan bit of commentary from Nick London (I think?)

I’ll have to start thinking of Wednesday as Lazio and United as Roma. Well I never.
