Unfortunately it’s not only lack of experience. It’s also way he conducts himself, withholds information, lies / manipulates situations, rubs people up the wrong way, talks down to people, and more. His reputation precedes him.

| Steve cook on 21:24 - Mar 9 by Markofthegrove | I am all for looking to the future, but bunging young players out there in the current situation is negligent behaviour and is absolutely not what good development clubs do. What has Tylon Smith learned from being bunged into a position he has never played in yesterday? Of all the disgraceful things that happened yesterday, that was probably the worst for me. We continually let young players down, and Smith is the latest young player this season to be let down by the club. Morgan had a loan lined up, Bennie was also off to Wycombe, but neither went due to injuries. Now we have fed a young lad to the wolves yesterday. It also goes back to when we didn't get Armstrong out to League 1 when we should have either (Not on CNs watch to be fair). You add in young players when things are relatively stable and let them develop around a good bunch of pro's, Sam Field, Steve Cook and Jimmy Dunne etc. The championship isn't an U24s league. I found the decision to give Tylon Smyth his debut at right back absolutely bonkers. He’s a centre back. And you decide to throw him on at right back? Just nuts. Makes me think Stéphan does not understand the full back position very well, and thought he was somehow “protecting him” by putting him on at right back. It was the opposite. That is such a great point. We have the U-18s and the Development Squad for that. It shows a toxic mixture of naivety and arrogance to think you can just throw young players in like it's that easy. The way Walsh was earmarked as our number one this season sums it up for me - literally insisting he is first choice even if the jury is very much out on him. I do think Les was similarly naive when he took over and thought you could just stick Chris Ramsey in charge and hey presto, you'd have a sustainable club, but tbf to him it wasn't arrogance and they did develop Eze and Chair. I did not think Les should have been DoF but jeez, compared with Nourry, he was vastly overqualified. [Post edited 9 Mar 22:52]

| Steve cook on 11:22 - Mar 9 by Lblock | Steve Cook may well have left the building........ He's deleted all QPR mentions on his socials and switched everything back to AFC Bournemouth. Well played Christian and Gawd knows what happens now with any CB injuries what with Liam Morrison out of the picture |
And Field not deemed good enough by Nourryvirus.
