I know the Faulty Towers reference and everybody here are thrilled that Germany are out but that ref totally lost control IMO.
Paraguay literally kicked the sh*t out of them and even the last German attack there were savage tackles from behind on them not a sign of a card .
I can see why Musiala tried to kill that guy dead ( dangerous lunge though) he got a fair bit of punishment without any protection.
Penalties are always fun but you can tell the defenders from strikers and that finished Germany I feel. |  | | |

As most of LFW sleep peacefully the shootout between Morocco and the Netherlands is just stunning so much pressure even Hakimi could not handle it. He did manage to kill the ball hitting the post though  .
Fair play to Morocco they scored the equalizer late then took over in extra time before moving on in PKs .

The way they were playing I was praying for Netherlands to win the penalty shootout. Morocco were seriously impressive. I honestly think if they continue to play like that they have a chance at winning the bloody thing.
