Hi all,
Started the season well, but we should be 4 or 5 points better off given the chances we have created. I have prepared some questions for Wednesday’s fans’ forum:
1. For Christian / Julien - Rayan Kolli has not been in a matchday squad this season despite a strong goals from limited minutes record. With the window closed and several forwards injured, is he available for selection — and if so, what is the reason he is being kept out of the squad?
If Kolli is not in Julien’s plans, why is a homegrown forward still here unused while we cannot convert chances?
2. For Christian - Against Middlesbrough we lost Chair and Kone in the first half; at Charlton we lost Lamptey before half time and Dunne just after. Kemper, Dembele and now Saito are also out. What is driving this injury rate, and what has changed in the medical, fitness and recovery work so we do not lose another season to injuries?
3. For Julien - After six games we have the most shots in the league but only the 20th best conversion rate. At Charlton we had 12 corners and never looked like scoring. What is the plan in open play and on set pieces to turn control into goals?
4. For Jimmy - From inside the group, what is different this season in standards — and how do you keep that when key players keep going off injured?
5. For Christian - What is the actual plan for Loftus Road over the next five years?
6. For Christian - The new pre match track was booed against Cardiff and then dropped. How will the club consult the fanbase before changing walk on music, anthems or other matchday traditions again — and will that include a proper say, not just a decision after the event?

the cynic in me tends to look at these as vetted pr exercises. I guess the game is to submit a nice safe question and then on the night to ask what you really want to say. |
They used to be a lot better when hoos took charge of them little less scripted and more honest at times , they havent had a player at one for a while from what i can remember though .
they did one years ago with think it was Lee Cook , Gary delaney and Martin Rowlands plus one more player whos name escapes me , somebody asked the panel how they thought the season had gone , delaney replied fecking shit , guessin he missed the memo from the club about positive PR that day , delaney then followed it up say the team had been playing badly should have been way better on the pitch and he was pretty pissed off about things , it was nice to hear unscripted honesty at a fans forum from the platyers to be honest |  |

Am I , thans for the head up and u honestly dont think theres a connection that kolli who has been training with the left overs for the last few weeks suddenly gets included in the dev game yesterday ? esp when the fans forum is this weds and it is likely to be topic a lot of fans me included would like an answer to.

We are never going to know why he ended up playing for the DS are we?
But, it won't stop everyone guessing.
It could be;
*. Rayan has been injured and a DS game is a good way to gauge fitness/sharpness to determine selection for first team
*. The club has had enough of Rayan posting on Social and caved to the pressure, selecting him for a DS game before the fans forum to avoid tricky questions
*. Rayan as decided he is available to play football again
*. The transfer window is/has closed so we now need to use the players on the books we have, or the transfer window is still open for dark markets and another club requested a viewing
Who knows, probably not any of us, I'm getting bored of it now to be fair, maybe that's the tactic, apathy through attrition? |  | | |

He was training with the kids who didn’t even make the dev squad i belive , as I said it’s way to much of a coincidence that hes suddenly being brought back into the dev squad just before a meeting when it’s likely to be one of the main subjects on the night . | |

Back on Qs, I can't attend being based abroad, but here is a possible question for a brave attending soul:
Most leagues are now around 7 or 8 games into the season (including cups). Of our 9 or so players on loan to other clubs, only 3 seem to have featured for at least half the minutes they were available for their new clubs (with one of those three now apparently frozen out their new team). Some have barely featured at all. What measures does the club take to ensure loans for players are successful and the players get the playing time they need to boost their development? | | | |

That Parma Violets-inspired monstrosity seen at the weekend is absolutely heinous. Still, it was nice of the designer to allow his dog a chance to create something.
The black kit is actually stealth technology, giving our players the radar cross-section of a bumblebee, making us immune to VAR.
The home kit shall henceforth be known as the Goldie Looking Chain kit. That is all.

I doubt we are at the level where we can structure a loan deal that guarantees minutes.
I'd imagine that clubs that do this, like Chelsea are probably able to do this with a fee as well.
I reckon for a few of our recent loans we are probably subsidising the wages, so the lower league club is able to take our players | | | |

I actually think the fact Jimmy, Christian and Julien are the three panellists is interesting.
Wasnt the one of the last ones Ben Williams, The guy thats the head of methodology, sorry, my bad, forget his name and Mr Nourry. With Julien not too involved. So the stick of Christian's boys could be thrown at them then, but with Stephan now much more ingrained in the club and at times proving he has been his own man and definitely a good talker and analyser of the game and the team. And with Jimmy there, who is a true fans favourite, a true QPR man now, and a no nonsense defender with a great deal of passion and heart, the very fact the panel in theory for those that might say this, its not Christian and Friends. Be interesting to hear Jimmy and Julien speak and if they deviate from the party line or as honest as they can be about how everything is going and developing etc. Might be a difficult night for Jimmy. Hope he can just be himself too.
i am hoping it will be a more open and honest forum, and no smoke screens and all questions that fans want to ask, not just the ones that feed a narrative back, but those where some fans concerns can be addressed and answered honestly and without any type of cover up mentality to keep things hidden from fans and questioners alike and every fan there and qpr illuminateri gets the respect that all deserve too. That is essential also.
Fans are not dumb, they can work things out themselves, and if any smokescreens put out that would be disappointing. Even if some truths arent so good, what is the point of hiding them away. We know there has been some great stuff and we all happy regards that, but please no need sugar coat the not so good.
My own personal question would be, do you plan these to be produced at a time when we are likely to be in an optimum moment. ie the fixture list prior has been kind, Kolli suddenly is available again, am slightly cynical but hope they can prove to be a little more transparent to fans. It would be appreciated.
Will aim to watch the event, I think the club are learning, and hope this event shows this. Am actually hopeful myself. Lets see. [Post edited 15 Sep 17:46]
