Hi all,
Started the season well, but we should be 4 or 5 points better off given the chances we have created. I have prepared some questions for Wednesday’s fans’ forum:
1. For Christian / Julien - Rayan Kolli has not been in a matchday squad this season despite a strong goals from limited minutes record. With the window closed and several forwards injured, is he available for selection — and if so, what is the reason he is being kept out of the squad?
If Kolli is not in Julien’s plans, why is a homegrown forward still here unused while we cannot convert chances?
2. For Christian - Against Middlesbrough we lost Chair and Kone in the first half; at Charlton we lost Lamptey before half time and Dunne just after. Kemper, Dembele and now Saito are also out. What is driving this injury rate, and what has changed in the medical, fitness and recovery work so we do not lose another season to injuries?
3. For Julien - After six games we have the most shots in the league but only the 20th best conversion rate. At Charlton we had 12 corners and never looked like scoring. What is the plan in open play and on set pieces to turn control into goals?
4. For Jimmy - From inside the group, what is different this season in standards — and how do you keep that when key players keep going off injured?
5. For Christian - What is the actual plan for Loftus Road over the next five years?
6. For Christian - The new pre match track was booed against Cardiff and then dropped. How will the club consult the fanbase before changing walk on music, anthems or other matchday traditions again — and will that include a proper say, not just a decision after the event?

I dunno, the questions will get asked, we'll get some half-arsed answers mixed with half-truths and data, some fans will lap it up and call people Nourry haters, some people will be frustrated at the lack of transparency, and then we move to the next game. Same as always. |

The number 1 issue at the end of last season, and for this current one too, is around injuries and availability. We can all agree our squad is the best it's been in years, but it's been a noticeable issue for a while now that we've not been able to field our best team regularly enough, if ever.
My question would be that considering there was no communication from the club externally, was there an internal assessment done as to the medical issues from the previous seasons, and what were some of the changes made based on that assessment?
We've seen for ourselves that rotation and managing of minutes was clearly one part of the strategy, but I want to know that this is recognised as a priority issue within the club, and that we've made changes to reflect that.
I think it's also important that we push back on any continued '90% availability' crap. It's a problem, not one that is solely a QPR issue, but in a league of fine margins we suffer worse than most by losing 7 first team players in as many games. |  |

With the volume of player turnover last four windows is this now the squad the club envisioned when planning for the future two years ago?
If so then, looking ahead at the season and aspirations is now the time to be challenging and if not now then when? |  |

Stan Bowles stand used to have one pop-up shack with draft Carlsberg and an IPA (Shipyard?).
Last season we had that plus each kiosk had Carlsberg and Poretti, now back down to just Carlsberg. Only usually have 1 as I drive most home games (sometimes 2 if not driving) so would be nice to have a better beer! Plenty of local breweries around, happy to do the market research for you Christian too. | | | |

100% agree with Simmo here, but I fear that the club may not have conducted an internal review, given that they were quite keen to go with the 'nothing to see here, 90% availability, favourite players' defence. If there is no problem then no need for a review, right?
Of course we all know there is a very real issue but just hope the club have the minerals to acknowledge it this time.
Final point on the forum. Anyone who thinks they will accept/answer questions that haven't been carefully vetted first is dreaming. Hence the small window to submit questions in advance. They will probably also only accept a handful of questions in the room, but again they will be handpicked. I went to last year's one and that is the way it was done. Would genuinely love to be proved incorrect on this next week, but also suspect there will be no mention of Rayan Kolli at all.

The club kindly responded to my six questions and said they cannot guarantee that my questions will be asked due to the large volume of submissions, but they have been added to the list for the panel. | |

See they have started the charm offensive already yes the one and only rayan kolli was seen in actual action during the dev sqaud game yesterday , think he got about 25 mins at the end , so all is good in the world , the lack of goals are sorted a he will score a perfect hattrick on sat and most importantly it gives them a well hes been injured ,but very much in our plans reply to anyone who asks where hes been , he will then of course pick up a minor impact inuury on friday and never be seen again. think I should get a job in PR im wasted where i am | |

Am I , thans for the head up and u honestly dont think theres a connection that kolli who has been training with the left overs for the last few weeks suddenly gets included in the dev game yesterday ? esp when the fans forum is this weds and it is likely to be topic a lot of fans me included would like an answer to.
