| swansea at home....match thread.. on 15:51 - Oct 24 by CiderwithRsie | This is at least doing some good for our goal difference. One of the really irritating things about losing 3-0 to Brum was it wiped out the +3 we'd got from beating Derby |
2 more goals and we go back above Birmingham on gd. Either that or Cardiff score a couple more. If I had to choose, I'd have one from the top please Carol....

The meltdown on here during the week was, in my opinion, OTT. Hopefully that 45 minutes can settle the nerves of a few of our more nervous supporters and we can get fully behind this squad and this manager. Best we've had in years. Let's not waste it by trying to find reasons to tear it all down.

| swansea at home....match thread.. on 15:58 - Oct 24 with 1851 views | superhoopaus | Been up watching every game this season from Australia. This week has been hard after Birmingham and ongoing injuries but stayed up past 2am (so far) and I’m so glad I did.Kone – absolute monster. Hat-trick in 13 minutes. Goals: 2' (assist Smyth) 10' header (assist Poku) 15' penalty (Smyth won the penalty (again)) Stats worth knowing: First QPR hat-trick since Nahki Wells vs Cardiff on New Year’s Day 2020 Earliest hat-trick in an EFL match (completed by the 15th minute) since the Championship/League One/Two rebrand in 2004-05 Fastest QPR hat-trick in club history (14 mins 50 secs from kick-off) Only 13 minutes between his first and third goals (last QPR player to do one in a shorter span was Clive Allen vs Charlton in 1982) After a quiet season so far with the injuries and limited minutes, that was ridiculous. Proper statement. Hope we can keep it going and make the late night worthwhile. U R's [Post edited 24 Oct 16:00]

Third goals was Poku to Smyth, tripped in the box, Kone score an inch-perfect penalty I'm liking the combination up front. [Post edited 24 Oct 16:02]

I have to confess I stayed away from this place from the moment we conceded the third until KO today. So I don't know what anyone said and for all I know it might have been perfectly justified; I just knew that reading it wasn't going to make me any happier and I was already pissed off enough by the actual Birmingham game.
