Love my hot sauces. Eat End Green Chilli sauce is good usually at Tesco when Devali or Eid is on. It's bastard hot. One I have on the go at the moment - Mahi Bhut Jolokia - prisoners - none. A colleague of mine brought me back a bottle of the Bens Scorpion Chilli sauce back from Trinidad. Probably the hottest sauce I've ever had. Proper chemical warfare stuff so in the end I had to concede it was stupid hot and I had to bin it off for fear go giving myself a stomach ulcer or something.
The wife is a Mayoniase freak, has it with everything.

I love a bit of Encona, kebab heaven. My two favourites are English Mustard and Horseradish. HP is tamarind nectar. Tomato ketchup is like many things that are supposed to taste of tomato, in that it doesn't - it's rank, but the daddy (get it?) of rotten condiments is shop squeezy mayonaise. Especially when it's called mayo.
Edit: Burger sauce can do one as well.

HP Sauce all the way - delighted to find I can pick it up cheap at my local Lidl now rather than have to spend big prices at the expats shop! Even got my Peruvian missus interested in it.
Otherwise, it has to be anything with habaneros, love a hot sauce!
Come from Irish parents and never really got into sauces. Have broadened my tastes a little to include Italian, Chinese but nothing too spicy or garlic(y). Still never really got sauces like ketchup, HP, mustard. Would rather taste the actual food.
Brown sauce with an English breakfast. Reminds me of the sausage sandwich game which Danny Baker did on 5 live when he asked people if they had red or brown sauce in their sausage sandwich.

Another vote for Encona. Rips the tastebuds off your tongue, punches them in the face, and then slams them back onto your tongue to recover.
I'll try East End Green Chili if it's a worthy competitor to Encona.
Never had a problem with brown HP. Like tomato ketchup with vinegar.
Having tried Encona, its a bit like a firey Tabasco for me as in more, vinegar based. Honestly, the East End Green Chilli sauce laughs in the face of Encona
