Kansas favourites but I’m going for San Fran and Jimmy G. Shame Garropolo left New England, he would have been a perfect replacement for Brady. Fair play to any of you staying up to watch.
Unless the SF defense knock out Pat Mahomes he will be too much for them IMO.Jmmy G has not proved he can march them up and down the field to go score for score .Expect a bruising game though hopefully going the distance . Tom Brady is not actually gone yet despite the LA rumors or Vegas rumors or Tennessee rumors there Boston unless you have insider info living there

No inside info...but its unfortunate JG's contract wasn't longer. Shanahan had met and liked what he saw when he was still at school, so was confident of what he could achieve, if he could sign him, when he went to the 49'rs. BB wasn't happy to let him go but renegotiating a new contract, salary caps and all that....
I grew up in Los Angeles and had a chance to go to the first Super Bowl when I was a little boy. It was only $10 and the Los Angeles Coliseum wasn't close to being sold out. Asked my dad if we could go but mom said it was a church day and had to go to church instead. Never forgave my parents.
I've watched all 53 Super Bowls and have only twice had my team in it. The old Los Angeles Rams in 1980 (the Rams and I went through an ugly divorce a few years later on when they moved to St. Louis) and the San Francisco 49ers in 2013 (I became a 49er fan eventually as I moved there and my children were born there but that was after the great Montana/Young teams).
In other words, after 53 years my team has never won the Super Bowl. Kind of weird to think about that. No wonder I follow QPR. Maybe this will be my year. Go Niners!
I'd like to stay up and watch it but theres so much of not a lot going on that I know I'll fall asleep
Much prefer the Red Zone show during regular season. Thats an all action NFL flat out tv extravaganza every Sunday evening.
I like both teams so this time dont care who wins.
As for the weakest chant has to be 'How about those cheifs'
And there in lies one of the problems of nfl. If the games lasted and hour and half with a 15 minute half time break, i'd stay up. But i wont watch a game, that i need convincing on, spread over 3+ hours. Will never break the big time properly outside North America.
That said, i have no expectations of a 5 day test match becoming big in US. nor do i give a fck.
Can't believe, when they're about to receive the ball in the second half, the 49ers didn't really try to score even a field goal before half time! So negative. A chance to move two scores in front. That's not safe play, that's pathetic.
Exciting stuff. Congratulations Chiefs and fair play the most exciting team for the last two seasons.
I think the 49ers would have hung on to win if they hadn't stopped to celebrate the win prematurely when they got that interception at 10 points up. All laying down in the end zone for photos. Can't imagine Roy Keane or Paul Scholes acting like that with 15 minutes left. I bet that cost them some intensity somewhere along the line.
Not a fan, tried to watch it but gave up at ht, 1.30am. That show was not my thing and seemed like it was going on and on...... What time did it finish? The match, I mean😂
I have a feeling that if he stays healthy that Pat Mahomes may enter the pantheons of NFL greatness. He is something very special amongst a group of special new young QB's.
