He went off at half time and we won, just saying like.

Injured fingers? I'd give him three more games at the most.

Just got off the phone with Brian. It was mostly us giggling at each other for 20 minutes, with occasional trips to respective fridges.

IMO it was all down to people b*ggering off to put their kids to bed. Next match thread we need a rota of people with kids and agreed bedtimes at 5 minute intervals.

I tell you what it was:

1) The Offish stream being behind the Sky stream, so
2) My typing was redundant (and that's fine, I would never swap it for the World)
3) Than we equalised
4) Stanley (my new Lab) wanting to climb all over me and dance for ages
5)Then we went ahead
6) Stanley went extra-excited, so we had to dance again, and
7) I was still ages behind the Sky Steam

Then, catching up, as I am now.

Interesting Brian, it appears that puppies work as well as human children. That should give us more options.

I've got a cat and two teenagers if that helps.

If we continue this rich vein of form and scoring in every match and then winning, I am going to have to have a vet on speed dial with a mobile defibrillator. I am going to give the bloody dog a heart attack.
I also will have to ensure I am wearing long sleeves as she takes half my arm skin off when giving me paw to reassure me when when I shout the place down after a goal

Poll: With no leg room, knees killing me, do I just go now or stay for the 2nd half o?

You need to get cats. Mine just look at me like I'm the saddest t.wat in the world when I celebrate a goal. Then slowly get up, and walk out of the room

However loud the shouting, our lab just raises a quizzical brow as if to say, "aah that football again" - then gets back to the serious business of a good doze.

BTW I'm claiming a 100% record on puppy wins, unbeaten since Tessa the Huntaway entered the house on 6th February (Hibs and QPR!)
Her win rate on sh1tting outdoors is more akin to a pre Charlie Austin % unfortunately...
